high-speed
precision machining
turning
milling
boring
grooving
What is PCD for Cutting Tools?
Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) is an ultra-hard synthetic diamond material engineered for high-performance cutting tool applications. Manufactured using high pressure and high temperature (HPHT) technology, micron diamond particles are sintered together and permanently bonded to a tungsten carbide substrate, creating an exceptionally durable cutting material.
The resulting material combines exceptional wear resistance, edge retention and thermal stability, making PCD ideal for machining abrasive non-ferrous materials and advanced composites with outstanding machining accuracy and reliability.
