NATURAL DIAMOND POWDERS

Our natural virgin diamond powders are engineered for metal bond applications as well as for electroplated products.

The high level of thermal stability as well as extreme hardness of natural diamond powders, are the two major parameters making the material suitable for these applications. Their thermal stability makes them ideally suited for tools requiring high temperature metal bond systems, as the material will not suffer degradation when properly heated in the manufacturing process.

Our natural mesh and micron powders are carefully produced to yield a consistent high quality product. Particle shape and size distribution are carefully monitored.

LSNPG

Consists of very blocky, well-shaped natural diamond particles having strong bond retention due to the structure of the surface. The strong edges of this selected product guarantee optimal cutting action of the tool. We take care in supplying a consistent quality which performs exactly as required in industry.
Available in all standard, split and wide range sizes from 16/18 to 70/80 mesh.

LSNPW

This virgin material features characteristics similar to LSNPG, but is marketed in sizes smaller than 80 Mesh. This superior material consists of strong particles having compact shape and strong edges. Having excellent bond retention, this product is known as a true multi-purpose performing natural diamond powder.
Available in all standard sizes from 80/100 to 400/500 mesh.

LSNPM

This natural diamond micron powder is manufactured to high standards regarding both shape and size distribution. Constant quality control guarantees a product that has superior wear characteristics when compared to conventional abrasives. This powder is perfectly micronized in all micron ranges.
